Skills

Current Meetings and Events Sales experience within a 4- or 5-Star hotel environment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Natural tele sales ability including closing skills
Ability to effectively listen and position Edwardian Hotels London to meet client needs
Ability to generate revenue opportunities including up selling and proactive selling
Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems including Opera
