Job summary

Sheraton Grand London Park Lane is hiring an Events Executive to manage meetings, conferences, private dining and social occasions from enquiry to execution in a luxury Mayfair setting.

We seek at least 1 year in events/MEETINGS & EVENTS, with strong organisation, superb communication and a guest-focused mindset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar Events, Meetings & Events role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to maximise event revenue.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Flexibility to support events, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate meetings, elegant weddings, gala dinners or bespoke celebrations.
• Liaise with clients from initial enquiry through to event execution, ensuring every detail is planned and delivered to the highest standard.
• Collaborate with hotel teams across Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary and Engineering.
• Drive guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities through proactive event management.
