Job summary

The Landmark London Hotel is seeking a passionate Event Sales Executive to join our dynamic Events sales team. You will manage event and group enquiries from initial contact through contracting, conduct site visits, and identify opportunities to upsell while delivering five-star service to our guests.

You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota, collaborating across hotel departments to ensure seamless, memorable experiences for clients and guests, while contributing to our award-winning

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in event and group sales within a hotel environment is required.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and drive maximum revenue for events and group bookings.
• Work to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to maintain strong internal relationships and ensure seamless operations.
