The Landmark London seeks a proactive Events Sales Manager to lead hotel event sales and drive revenue across conferences, meetings, exhibitions, banqueting and weddings. You will deliver five‑star service to guests and coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless events.

Requirements include a minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel event sales, strong client relationships, contract negotiations and business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in event and group sales within a hotel environment.
• Drive revenue across conferences, meetings, exhibitions, banqueting, weddings and corporate events.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct site inspections, negotiate contracts and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate with Events planning, Food & Beverage, Revenue Management, Reservations, Finance and Marketing.

Responsabilités

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in event and group sales within a hotel environment is required
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive groups as well as event sales and achieve revenue targets across conferences, meetings, exhibitions, banqueting, weddings, and corporate events.
• Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, develop corporate accounts, build strategic partnerships and generate large scale repeat business.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, conduct site inspections, negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Commercial & Revenue Management: Maximise event profitability through pricing, upselling, cross-selling, sales forecasting, and conversion management.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with Events planning teams, F&B, Revenue Management, Reservations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless event delivery.

As an Events Sales Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
