Office Angels is seeking Event Assistants for Birmingham's autumn sporting event. Temporary roles with flexible shifts, perfect for students or those seeking fast-paced experience in hospitality and customer service. Earn £13.85/hour and join a energetic team supporting a major city event.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming athletes and visitors with a friendly, professional approach.
• Managing event registration and participant check-in using iPads.
• Distributing race packs, bib numbers, wristbands, timing chips, and merchandise vouchers.
• Supporting sponsor activations and merchandise stands.
• Assisting with event operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Delivering excellent customer service and creating a memorable event experience.
• Helping maintain the exciting atmosphere throughout the event.

We're recruiting enthusiastic Event Assistants to support one of the UK's most exciting fitness events taking place in Birmingham this October. Event Details

• Role: Event Assistant (Temporary)


• Location: Birmingham


• Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour


• Dates: 27th October 2026 - 1st November 2026


• Shift Times: Various shifts available between 6:00am and 10:30pm

What You'll Be Doing
