Location: Queen Mary University of London, Mile End Campus, London

Event Date: 27th January 2025

Time Commitment: 10am - 3pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative volunteer videographer to document our Business Fair at Queen Mary University of London. This role involves capturing event highlights, speaker sessions, networking activities, and conducting interviews to help showcase the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record video clips of the event, including sessions, networking, and atmosphere.
• Film interviews with speakers, business representatives, and attendees (equipment provided if needed).
• Deliver final videos or raw footage within 10 days post-event.
• Coordinate with the event organiser to ensure key moments are captured.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience or interest in videography and editing (students and enthusiasts welcome).
• Familiarity with creating short-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Own video equipment (camera, microphone, tripod) is preferred.
• Good communication skills for interviews and event navigation.
