We excel in creating cutting-edge events, content programs, and online forums that showcase new market solutions, generating real business benefits. Led by vendor and user community needs, we focus on topical and business-critical issues.
Today, ROAR has exhibitions such as Call and Contact Centre, LegalEx, B2B Marketing Expo, ESS Expo, Water, Wastewater & Environment Management Expo, RWM and Naidex, all of which continue to deliver attendees in their thousands.
The company is growing fast and will be launching many new events internationally in the future.
The Role:

At ROAR, we’re committed to excellent customer service, and helping our clients achieve their goals is at the heart of everything we do. If you’re confident on the phone, commercially minded, and excited by the chance to be part of a fast-growing show in a critical industry, we’d love to hear from you.

·Administration - Maintaining CRM to a high level and ensuring all contract paperwork and show floor plans are accurate and current.
·Liaising with marketing and operations to ensure the packages are delivered to expectations.
·Assisting with credit control issues as required
·Being an ambassador for our company, maintaining high personal standards and levels of customer service
·Building strong market knowledge through monitoring websites, reading publications, speaking to customers, attending events, etc.
