Job summary

ThePlaceToBe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own multiple events and projects from brief to delivery. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have experience in events/experiential production or agency environments, with a proven ability to manage complex programs and lead onsite delivery when required. A collaborative approach and passion for high-quality work are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering events, experiential, production or agency projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong budgeting, invoicing and cost reconciliation experience.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from brief through to delivery, on-site when required.

About the role

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects and events, managing everything from initial planning through to onsite delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, on time and within budget.
