  • Drive post‑confirmation upselling, introducing clients to enhanced catering options, premium products and experiential add‑ons that maximise event value.
  • Promote and coordinate upselling of third‑party services, such as floristry, furniture hire and entertainment, through Salt's trusted partner network.
  • Ensure a seamless handover between Sales and Planning, keeping clients fully informed and confident at every step.
You’ll need to have:
  • Proven experience planning and managing events within a fast‑paced events, venue, catering or hospitality environment.
  • Experience managing the client journey from confirmed booking through to event delivery, acting as the primary point of contact throughout.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the confidence to advise, influence and guide clients while managing expectations.
