Restaurant Associates UK at HMS Belfast, London, is seeking an Event Planner to manage conferences and events from planning through delivery. You will be the main client contact, coordinating with Sales, Operations and venue teams to meet and exceed customer requirements.
You will lead planning meetings, produce accurate event documentation, and drive revenue through upselling, with responsibilities for CRM accuracy and cross-team communication.
Location: HMS Belfast, London
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum + performance bonus
Contract: Full Time, 40 hours, Permanent, 5 days over 7
Working at the historic HMS Belfast, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating memorable events for our customers within one of London's most iconic venues. As an Event Planner, you are at the heart of our operation, and we are looking for an individual who shares our energy and passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
You'll be managing confirmed conference and event bookings from planning through to delivery, working closely with our Sales, Operations, and wider venue teams to ensure every customer requirement is met, expectations are exceeded, and every event is delivered seamlessly.

Within these amazing venues we operate a host of bespoke cafés and restaurants, as well as delivering private events ranging from small meetings to large-scale ground events of up to 1000 people.
