  • Collaborate with Managers on the ground to coordinate venue resources, schedules, staffing, and on-site execution.
  • Manage guest experience across all touchpoints (pre-event communications, arrival, hospitality, programming, smooth running, and post-event follow-up).
  • Deliver events across diverse segments, including but not limited to;

  • Ensure event compliance and risk management, including health & safety practices, safe site operations, and event documentation.
  • Support marketing and sales activity by contributing to event ideas, proposals, packages, and seasonal calendar planning.
  • Monitor budgets and profitability where required (pricing, cost control, supplier spend, staffing levels, and resource planning).
  • Maintain high standards of communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed, deadlines are met, and plans are executed to brief.
Person Specification
  • Proven experience in event management (ideally across hospitality, leisure, corporate, or community/event venues).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and develop a small team.
