Job summary

Carden Park Hotel Golf Resort & Spa is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our Food & Beverage Team within our Conference & Banqueting department at the Chester site. This full-time role covers days, evenings and weekends, delivering memorable experiences at weddings, conferences and events.

As part of Team Carden you will provide warm, professional service, support event operations, prepare spaces for service and help maximise guest satisfaction through excellent hospitality and product

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive and professional attitude.
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Flexible with a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Hospitality experience beneficial but not essential as training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional and personalised guest service.
• Support the smooth running of weddings, conferences and events.
• Prepare event spaces, restaurants and bars for service.
• Assist with set-up and closing duties at the start and end of shifts.
• Provide knowledgeale and friendly service to guests.
• Maximise sales opportunities through great hospitality and product knowledge.
