Job summary

Mint People is seeking enthusiastic Event Assistants to work across a variety of venues and events in the United Kingdom. You will help with venue set-up, ticket scanning, ushering guests, packing down, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. No prior experience required; candidates should be friendly, outgoing, and confident speaking with guests.

Pay is £14.50 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay. Uniform is a smart black shirt, trousers and shoes.

Qualifications

• No experience required; must be approachable and helpful.
• Ability to greet guests and assist with queries.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to help.

Responsibilities

• Venue Set-Up: help prepare event spaces before doors open.
• Ticket Scanning: greet guests and manage entry.
• Ushering & Guest Assistance: provide directions and answer questions.
• Pack Down: assist with dismantling setups after events.
• Create a warm atmosphere to ensure a great guest experience.
