Job summary

Bigabox Productions Ltd in Biggleswade is seeking a Warehouse event prep & de-prep technician to join our growing team. You will prep and de-prep equipment for jobs, maintain inspections, and work closely with the project delivery team.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, solid IT skills, and the ability to work overtime and on weekends when needed. The position offers salary £24,000–£30,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven technical skills within the lighting, audio and video industry.
• Maintenance checks experience and ability to manage this process for all Bigabox kit.
• Strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook and familiarity with Current RMS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all equipment is prepped for jobs issues and listed.
• Ensure that all equipment is de-prepped post jobs/hires.
• Check and maintain all equipment that leaves and returns from jobs.
• Ensure that all equipment passes all visual inspections prior to sending and again when returned.
• Ensure components and equipment are present and correct prior to and upon return from jobs/hires.
• Follow the Hire Processing System procedures.
