WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join our General Management Consulting Recruiting and Onboarding team in London. Our team hires and onboards talent from Associate Consultant through Associate Partner level across University Hiring, Experienced Hiring and MBA Hiring.

In this role, you’ll focus primarily on coordinating the hiring of Associate Consultants and Consultants through our Experienced Hiring channel. You’ll work closely with recruiting teammates and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Quickly get up to speed and gain a strong understanding of recruiting systems and local processes
• Support the CV screening process, keeping to deadlines and gaining screening expertise over time
• Support the management of interview day logistics
  • Facilitate smooth-running of interview days including scheduling, creating interview packs, organising catering, etc.
• Attend recruiting events and interview days with teammates as needed, managing interview teams and being point person to internal and external stakeholders
• Support teammates as required through closing
  • Including updating Avature, creating closing tracker, etc.
  • Supporting the organisation of offeree events e.g. plan daily agenda, coordinate all logistics, schedule speakers, order gifts, book venues, etc.
  • Prepare and send offeree gifts
• Ownership of EH inbox, ensuring efficient turnaround on all candidate interactions and requests
• Support project work on an ad-hoc basis
• Ownership of specific candidate events and presentations, including preparation of materials, all logistics, and attending events
• Source case study coaches and coordinate candidate coaching sessions in a timely manner
• Support with the updating and maintenance of data on key systems, e.g. Avature
• Set up and organisation of Bain interview workshops, playing the lead recruiter role on these calls and fielding any questions
• Alongside teammates, lead recruiter calls between 1R and 2R to support EH levelling recommendations
• Manage the Hire a Friend (HAF) and referrals process for EH inc. initial referral comms and ongoing outcome updates
• Present ‘Star of the Quarter’ at an office meeting, with adequate advance notice and support in the lead up
• Participate in “recruiter commitments” to share the load helping other channels during peak times (interview days, events, debriefs)
• Remain flexible and be “at cause” in supporting other channels / individuals as needed

The standard working hours for this role are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. A reasonable degree of flexibility is required, particularly during peak recruiting periods, which may include evening events.

This role requires at least two days per week working from the office.
