Job summary

Lufton College, part of Cambian Group, is recruiting Youth Support Workers to support young people aged 16-25 with autism and complex needs across day, 38 and 52 week placements. Join a team committed to enriching each student's transition into adulthood and helping them shine their brightest.

You will engage in outings to cinema/theatre, visits to venues like Longleat and National Trust properties, and community activities such as horse riding, swimming, bowling, running and shopping.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Take part in cinema/theatre trips with the young people.
• Visit venues such as Longleat, Kingston Maurward animal park or National Trust properties.
• Support young people in the community with activities like horse riding, swimming, bowling, running and shopping.
• Assist the young people in the gym to promote a healthy lifestyle.
