Job summary

Chichester College Group in Worthing is seeking an Evening and Weekend Site Supervisor (Bank) to oversee shift set-ups, maintain equipment, and ensure areas are used correctly. The role offers flexible hours to fit around university studies or family commitments in a Further Education environment.

The position emphasizes maintaining cleanliness and supporting the Commercial team with future projects to enhance College facilities, with a friendly team and diverse student body.

Qualifications

• Experience in leisure or theatre industry.
• Understanding of basics of facilities management, including maintenance schedules, cleaning protocols and emergency procedures/evacuation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead with all set-ups on each shift, maintaining and dismantling equipment per activity schedules and monitoring area usage.
• Ensure cleanliness of facilities and changing facilities.
• Assist Commercial team in developing future projects to improve and enhance College facilities.
