Job summary

Domino’s Pizza Group plc in Leeds is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, motivate a fast-paced team, and ensure top-notch service and quality. This role requires availability for evenings and weekends, with responsibilities spanning operations, scheduling, hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain brand standards, and deliver a positive customer experience in a high-energy store environment.

• Experience in supervisory or management roles.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required).
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally.
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety, and security policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions.
