Job summary

Poole Bay Holdings Ltd is seeking an Evening Warehouse Supervisor based on-site at Poole, Dorset. You will supervise the warehouse team during the evening shift, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods. 40 hours/week, Sunday–Thursday, 03:00pm–11:30pm.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to safety, and the ability to coordinate daily activities while maintaining inventory accuracy and KPI reporting. 32k–32.5k per year.

Qualifications

• Relevant supervisory experience or equivalent practical experience in a warehouse or operational environment [Essential]
• Experience supervising or leading a team within warehouse operations [Essential]
• Experience carrying out safety checks and hazard reporting [Essential]

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activity in the warehouse area and plan resources.
• Set daily priorities and allocate tasks to maintain workflow.
• Intervene early to protect output, accuracy or service.
• Provide cover across warehouse operations when required.
• Lead health and safety compliance and incident reporting.
