Job summary

Poole Bay Holdings Ltd. is seeking an Evening Warehouse Supervisor to manage the warehouse team on site in Poole, Dorset. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, coordinate daily activities, and maintain health and safety standards on the evening shift (Sunday to Thursday, 03:00pm–11:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activity within the allocated warehouse area, ensuring work is planned and resources are used effectively.
• Set daily priorities, allocate tasks and keep work flowing through the shift.
• Intervene early where issues could affect output, accuracy or service.
• Provide cover across warehouse operations when required.
• Adapt approach to support business needs, including regulated activities where applicable.
• Share daily priorities, changes and updates clearly.
• Feedback operational risks, issues and improvement ideas.
• Undertake keyholder responsibilities, including securing the premises, end of day safety and security checks, locking all access points, and activating alarm systems.
