Evening Warehouse Picker (Temp-to-Perm) – £15.20/hr

Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting Order Pickers to join our Bathgate-based client.

Shifts start at 4pm and finish between 11pm and midnight, with every third weekend off. Base pay is £15.20 per hour, rising to £19 per hour between 22:00 and 04:00.

Please note access to your own transport is essential due to the location and shift pattern.

Temporary to permanent opportunity and a 3-week rota system are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Ability to operate picking machines and carry out manual picking.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Reliable, work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pick correct items for shipment using headsets, barcodes and serial numbers.
• Safely pick items from shelves and package completed orders.
• Assist with distribution of goods throughout the warehouse.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately.
