Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting for Order Pickers to join our Bathgate-based client on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Shifts start at 4pm, with weekend off every third week, on a 3-week rota.

Full base pay £15.20 per hour, with enhanced rate £19 between 10pm and 4am. Access to your own transport is essential due to location and shift pattern. Duties include using headsets, barcodes and serials to pick items, safely handling goods, and completing paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is required.
• Ability to operate picking machines and perform manual picking.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely picking items from shelves and packaging completed orders.

11pm and midnight (occasionally later)

Base pay of £15.20 per hour (£19 for hours worked between 10pm and 4am)

As an Order Picker, your duties will include:

• Using headsets, barcodes and serial numbers to locate and pick correct items for shipment

To be considered as an Order Picker, you will need:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• The ability to operate picking machines and carry out manual picking
• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• A reliable approach to work, both independently and as part of a team
