Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting Warehouse Order Pickers to join an established logistics and distribution business in Bathgate, paying £15.20 per hour. This is a fast-paced role requiring warehouse experience and the ability to hit pick rates and accuracy targets.

The position is full-time with a 3-week rota, working 5 days out of 7 and early starts from 5am. Access to transport is essential due to site location and start times.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months’ order picking or warehouse experience.
• Experience working to pick rates and accuracy targets.
• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work at pace.

Responsibilities

• Using headsets, barcodes and serial numbers to locate and pick correct items for shipment.
• Working to pick rates and accuracy targets throughout the shift.
• Packing completed orders and assisting with the distribution of goods.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse environment.

This is a fast-paced operation working to pick rates and accuracy targets, so we’re looking for people with genuine warehouse experience who can hit the ground running.

What’s on offer?

• Paid weekly at £15.20 per hour
• Full-time ongoing position
• Working 5 days out of 7, on a 3-week rota
• Shifts start at 5am, finishing between 12:00-13:00

Please note: Access to your own transport is essential due to the start time and location of the site.

As a Warehouse Order Picker, your duties will include:
