Job summary

THX Ltd is a fast-growing tool hire business serving the UK construction industry. We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Operative to join our afternoon/evening team in Great Barford.

The role runs 12:00pm–10:00pm, Monday to Friday, and offers on-the-job training with opportunities to grow within a expanding company. Your duties include restocking and organising hire equipment, picking, loading and unloading for dispatch, and preparing new equipment for the fleet.

Qualifications

• Essential: hands-on warehouse experience; proactive, reliable team player with good communication and time management.
• Essential: safety-first mindset with attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
• Desirable: FLT licence and familiarity with stock systems.

Responsibilities

• Restock and organise hire equipment in the warehouse and yard safely.
• Pick, load and unload equipment for dispatch.
• Prepare new equipment for the fleet (branding, tagging, logging).
