Job summary

InPost Newstrade is seeking a PM Picking & Packing Warehouse Operative to join our Coventry team. You’ll handle picking, packing, and packing quality checks in a fast-paced warehouse environment, following procedures and maintaining high standards.

This role operates Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:30, at Inpost unit 2, Imperial Park, Siskin Parkway W, Coventry. Right to work in the UK is required, with pension, life insurance, Cycle2Work, and employee assistance support available.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of your day by completing all documentation accurately and following company procedures.
• Be hands-on by breaking down, allocating, and loading inbound supplies with precision.
• Pick and pack customer orders efficiently, ensuring each item is handled with care and accuracy.
• Assemble and verify orders, checking each item for top-quality packing and presentation.
• Be the quality control champion - ensuring all picked and packed orders meet our high standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse - a tidy space means a productive day.
• Follow all policies and procedures while ensuring every task is executed flawlessly.
