Job summary

Lex Leisure is seeking a part-time Swimming Instructor for Cotgrave Leisure Centre. The role is Mondays 16:10–18:10, 2.0 hours per week, with a salary of £16.00 per hour. You will deliver swimming lessons across ages and abilities and provide excellent customer service.

You will follow Swim England guidelines, complete required paperwork, maintain safety standards, and work with the aquazone team. Training and DBS checks are provided/required.

Qualifications

• Teaching swim lessons to varied ages and abilities per Swim England NPTS.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and paperwork related to lessons.
• Maintain teaching, customer care and health and safety standards.
• Goal to maximise retention of swim school participants through quality and care.
• Establish strong communication with aquazone co-ordinator, reception and duty management.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Teach customers of varying age and ability as per Swim England NPTS.
• Ensure teaching, customer care and health and safety standards are met.
• Maximise retention through quality standards and customer care.
• Maintain communication with colleagues and managers.
• Address customer enquiries and feedback promptly.
