Job summary

Nacro is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Grantham to work evenings, supporting young people aged 16–21 across a hub setting. You will help them move from arrival to independence, leading activities and documenting progress.

The role requires a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle and business insurance, and an enhanced DBS. Nacro is committed to diversity and inclusion and values every team member.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS is required.
• Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance are essential.
• This role entails regular travel and does not offer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work evenings as part of a 24-hour staff team to support young people move in and move on.
• Facilitate groups and deliver meaningful activities to promote well-being and connection.
• Document progress through action planning and safety monitoring.
• Respect young people and help develop independent living skills.
