B&Q Inverness is recruiting a Shift Lead on a permanent contract. Shifts run Monday to Friday, 5pm–11pm with occasional weekend work.

As a keyholder, you’ll cover shifts from as early as 6am to as late as 11pm, helping run the store and support the team. • Lead store shifts as a keyholder and support daily operations.
• Assist Department Managers and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Support training and development of colleagues and compliance with store policies.
