Job summary

The Shaw Education Trust is seeking a Janitor to support routine caretaking at Saxon Hill Academy, a unique school for children and young people with complex needs and physical disabilities.

You will unlock and secure the premises, work as part of a caring site team, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for pupils and staff. The role runs Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 6:30pm, with some flexibility for holidays and absence.

Responsibilities

• Unlocking and securing premises at agreed times.
• Support the site team as required and work as part of a team with enthusiasm.
• Maintain security of the building at the end of each school day.
