Job summary

OASIS Group is the largest privately-owned information management provider in Europe, securing over 115 million barcoded items, 200TB of digital data, and scanning more than 17 million images per month. This role handles daily activity of prepping and scanning client data under the supervision of the Scanning & Cataloguing Supervisor.

The position operates on a 2:30pm to 11pm shift, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities including data input, use of scanning technology, and ensuring quality

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to take control of indexing jobs and manage own workload.
Adaptable to working with different teams.

Responsibilities

Preparation of items for scanning and rebuilding of files post scan.
Inputting data accurately.
Use of scanning technology and support software.
Completing scanning log sheets and daily tasks.
Accurately undertaking manual indexing in conjunction with digitisation.
File reconciliation after digitisation.
