Job summary

EE is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor for North Shields. This part-time role involves 20 hours per week, with evening shifts Mon-Fri 4:45pm-9:00pm, based in our contact centre. You’ll help customers find the best phone, broadband and tech deals, listening carefully to needs and matching products. Training provided with targets in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Listen carefully to customer needs and match products accordingly.
• Explain and navigate EE products and services to customers.
