Job summary

EE Gosforth in North Shields is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our lively contact centre. You’ll handle incoming calls from existing EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and explain our tech products.

The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with evening shifts Mon-Fri 4:45pm–9:00pm. We train you, support your development, and offer uncapped commissions and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred.
• You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker.
• The calls come in to you and you decide how best you can help the customer.
• There are targets to hit and you enjoy a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Explain and navigate EE's products to customers.
• Match customers with suitable products based on conversations.
