Job summary

EE is seeking a Contact Centre Agent in the Newcastle area for part-time, permanent work. The role involves 20 hours per week with evening shifts (3pm–9pm) and an every-other-Saturday schedule. Start date from October 2026.

You’ll join a lively sales team handling inbound EE customer calls to find the best deals on phones and broadband. Ideal candidates are outgoing, energetic and enjoy helping customers. The role promises uncapped commission and generous benefits, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• You must be outgoing and energetic, able to talk to customers.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• You will take incoming calls from EE customers to understand their needs and explain available deals.
