EE Gosforth is hiring a Contact Centre Agent in the North East of England for a part-time, permanent position. The role involves 20 hours per week with evening shifts (3pm–9pm) and every other Saturday (11:00–17:00).

Start date October 2026 onwards, with training provided to handle EE customers and guided product recommendations. You’ll join a lively sales team in our contact centre, taking calls from existing EE customers and helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers to help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband.
• Help customers navigate the various tech products EE offers and match them to the right solution.
• Focus on listening carefully, asking the right questions and guiding customers to a satisfying outcome.
