Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Penrith is seeking a Replenishment Manager to own stock flow and lead a small team across our Bridge Lane store. You will ensure shelves are stocked, deliveries are integrated, and products are ready for customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role is permanent, full-time with an afternoon-evening shift (1:30pm–9:30pm). You will drive stock availability, organise staff workflows, and maintain a clean, efficient shop floor to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in retail, warehouse or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, replenishment processes, deliveries.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Own stock replenishment and keep shelves full and customer-ready.
• Lead and organise the team to work efficiently and safely.
• Keep shop floor well-stocked, tidy and easy to shop.
• Plan and react quickly to changing stock levels.
