Job summary

B&M Retail is hiring a Replenishment Manager for our Fulwood store. This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends to keep shelves full and operations smooth for customers.

You will own stock replenishment, lead and organise the team, keep the shop floor neat and easy to shop, and respond quickly to changing stock levels while driving availability and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep team focused and motivated.
• Confidence to prioritise, problem-solve, and make decisions quickly.
