Job summary

The Ministry of Justice, Probation Service, is seeking a Programme Facilitator to deliver accredited programmes and structured interventions to people on probation or on licence. The role emphasises evening sessions, regional travel, and relevance to reducing re-offending.

Training and development opportunities are provided within a supportive framework. The post is based within the Interventions Team, with Hybrid Working arrangements across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions.
• Ability to deliver groupwork and individual work to probation clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rehabilitation interventions to reduce re-offending.
• Deliver interventions across a large regional area with travel.
• Support clients to build pro-social lives through evidence-based programmes.
