Job summary

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Organised and punctual with good initiative.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Confident in engaging with customers as a positive Royal Mail ambassador.
• Willing to work afternoon and early evening shifts.
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Prep your van and daily workload for the route.
• Use route-planning tools to optimise deliveries.
• Deliver parcels across the assigned multi-drop area.
• Interact with customers, acting as a Royal Mail ambassador.
• Work Saturdays and Sundays as part of local rota.
