Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking a Parcel Delivery Driver at the Northampton Delivery Office to join a busy, customer‑facing team. You will deliver parcels across your route, prep your van and use route planning tools to ensure on‑time delivery, while maintaining high service standards.

This permanent role is 30 hours per week, with shifts 14:00–20:30, across five days including weekends. Full UK manual driving licence required with up to six penalty points.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Organised and punctual with strong initiative.
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels to customers and businesses on your route.
• Prep your van and plan workload for the day using route-planning tools.
• Maintain safety and security of items, and represent Royal Mail professionally.
