FedEx is seeking a shift supervisor in the West of England to lead a team of operatives and drivers during a 40-hour week. You will motivate staff, ensure fair treatment, and drive actions to meet service level targets.

This role requires strong customer focus, good communication, and the ability to manage time effectively. You will ensure safety, security, and operational compliance during the shift. Attractive compensation and extensive training are offered.

• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable.
• Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail.
