Job summary

ABM UK is seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our team at the Capital One office building in Nottingham. This front-of-house role requires a keen eye for detail, reliability, and strong timekeeping to maintain a professional environment for our client.

You will clean offices, washrooms, kitchens, changing rooms and the gym, and ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the site. The shift is 20 hours per week, 5pm–9pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning offices and facilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Clean office areas, washrooms, kitchens, changing rooms, and gym.
• Vacuum, mop and dust surfaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Clean windows and glass.
• Operate cleaning machinery and equipment.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve service standards and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation throughout the site.
