Job summary

ABM is seeking an experienced cleaner to join our team at the Capital One office building in Nottingham. This front-of-house role requires a proactive approach to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presenting a professional image for ABM and our client.

The position involves working 20 hours per week (5pm–9pm, Mon–Fri) with eligibility to benefit from ABM’s range of wellness and support programs.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Professional and courteous manner.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning office areas, washrooms, kitchens, changing rooms and gymnasium.
• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting.
• Disinfecting surfaces and high-touch points.
• Window and glass cleaning.
• Operating cleaning machinery and equipment.
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Identifying opportunities to improve service standards and client satisfaction.
