Job&Talent is recruiting a Factory Worker to join a leading food manufacturing site in Linton. You will support daily production activities, handle processing and packing of fresh meat products, and ensure high standards of food safety and quality.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 5:30 pm to 2:00 am, and reliable transport is essential due to the site location. This is a long-term, full-time assignment with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Own transport is essential due to site location and lack of public transport.
• No formal qualifications are required for this role.
• Ability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Responsibilities

• Processing and packing fresh meat products, including pork.
• Mixing and blending ingredients according to production specifications.
• Labelling finished products to meet customer order requirements.
• Following site procedures to ensure health, safety, and food quality standards.
