Job summary

BM Caterers in London is looking for a Kitchen Porter to support a busy kitchen team. This Monday–Friday, 37.5-hour role covers cleaning, basic food prep and assisting with storage and delivery, with flexibility to work mornings and evenings.

You will follow procedures, maintain high hygiene standards and communicate clearly with colleagues. Previous kitchen experience or Food Safety Level 2 is desirable, with opportunities for development and training within a friendly, award-winning catering

Qualifications

• Experience in a food environment.
• Food Safety Level 2 plus awareness of health and safety and COSHH.
• Enthusiasm to join a friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic; disinfect surfaces and utensils.
• Carry out basic food preparation and assist with storage and delivery.
• Follow procedures and instructions with good communication.
