Job summary

The Glee Club Cardiff is seeking a passionate kitchen team member to join our busy venue in Cardiff Bay. This part-time role involves 1-3 shifts per week, with shifts typically from 5pm to 10pm and must be available weekends and December 31.

You'll assist the head chef with prep, keep high hygiene standards, and help with deliveries and deep cleans. Level 2 Food Hygiene certification is required, and previous busy-kitchen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 2 Food Hygiene Training and Certificate.
• Previous experience in a busy kitchen is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings, including December 31.

Responsibilities

• Assist head chef in prep and service.
• Produce high quality food quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Assist with deliveries and deep cleans.
• Take instruction from kitchen and venue manager.
