Oakland Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support residents in the evening at Maplewood Court, Maidstone. This 16-hour-per-week role runs 7pm–11pm on a permanent basis, with pay at £13.20 per hour.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude.
• Be a compassionate and caring person.
• Be a true team player.
• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but not essential (training provided).
• Be reliable and able to work evening hours.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent care and support to residents during the evening.
• Assist residents with getting ready for bed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Help with supper, drinks and light refreshments.
• Participate in training and up-skilling sessions.
• Work closely with the care team and management.
