Oakland Care is seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant for evening shifts at Maplewood Court in Maidstone. You will support residents with night routines, provide companionship, and help with meals and personal care, working 7pm–11pm for 16 hours weekly.

The role emphasizes compassionate, team-oriented care with on-the-job training and a permanent contract. A can-do attitude and reliability are essential as you help residents settle for the night.

Formación

• Experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but not essential.
• Able to work evenings.

This role is ideal for someone who may only be able to work a shorter shift assisting our residents settle comfortably for the night. Location: Maplewood Court, Northumberland Road, Maidstone ME15 7TA

Hours: 16 hours per week

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Shift: Evenings (7pm - 11pm)
