Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting Production Operatives in Cheltenham for an evening shift (16:00–00:00, Mon-Fri). The role offers a pay rate starting at £13.41 per hour from 18:00, with weekly or monthly pay options and a temp-to-perm pathway.

Training is provided and there are long-term career prospects as you progress. The successful candidates will hand-finish garments and linen, ensure quality, maintain records, and support packaging for distribution while following health and safety procedures and

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Accurate and consistent in a factory environment.
• Good numeracy and ability to count stock.
• Ability to follow instructions and quality procedures.
• Reliable and committed attitude.
• Experience in production, laundry, finishing, or warehouse is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Hand ironing and finishing garments and linen individually.
• Ensuring every item meets quality standards before dispatch.
• Counting items accurately and maintaining production records.
• Packing finished products ready for distribution.
• Checking order numbers and customer details carefully.
• Maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout the shift.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Keeping work areas clean and organised.
