Job summary

Pearson is seeking a passionate Functional Skills Tutor to deliver Maths and English qualifications at levels 1 and 2. This full-time position requires providing onsite and remote support at the Gibraltar Barracks and other locations.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant teaching qualification and experience in functional skills delivery. Benefits include 25 days annual leave, life insurance, and a cycle to work program.

Qualifications

• Qualified to deliver Maths and English up to level 2.
• Experience in delivering Functional Skills courses.
• Ability to create individualized learning plans.

Responsibilities

• Teach Maths and English Functional Skills qualifications at Levels 1 and 2.
• Motivate learners to complete their courses on time.
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records.
