Job summary

KPA Recruitment Ltd is seeking a motivated FLT Driver to operate forklift trucks within a busy warehouse environment. You will load/unload shipments, manage inventory movements in the WMS, and perform routine inspections while maintaining safety and accuracy. This role emphasizes precise materials handling and teamwork to meet daily goals.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 2pm–10pm, offering a structured shift and opportunities to contribute to timely deliveries and efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating forklift trucks in a warehouse setting.
• Certification in forklift operation.
• Basic understanding of warehouse management systems for inventory control.
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift trucks to load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records accurately.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic repairs or notify maintenance for mechanical issues.
• Assist with materials handling tasks such as stacking, organizing, and storing goods in designated areas.
• Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and uphold safety standards.
